The fix I did to Gail's Mac's OS resolved this issue.

She moved Mac Office or deleted it.

Gail is having problems with Microsoft Word.  She 
is getting error messages.

Message when attempt to open word document:
Microsoft word cannot load the microsoft office 
shared libraries.
The files may have been moved from their original 
locations.
-Move word back to the microsoft office folder  
(or the folder where  
it was originally installed )
- Reinstall word to make sure that all files are 
installed correctly.

I am in the office this morning until about 1 
pm.  I am not able to utilize any of my documents.
