Advised them that the paper in the B&W printer is
coming out cockeyed because of the fuser, and
because of the age of the printer it is not
advisable to replace but to start thinking about a
new printer.  Took the color printer apart and
lubed oup all of the gears and the printer is
running fine now.

They have 2 problems with printers here. Their 
B&W printer is printing cockeyed and pages are 
coming out crookedly. The color printer is making 
loud squeaking noises.
