This is a software problem.  They are now losing 
data and it is hosted by someone else.  The 
remote folks needs to be able to remote into this 
machine and they need admin rights to make 
changes.

newsoft is a program that she uses for 
scheduling.

Called her and she needed me to uncheck the enable
advanced printing features on HC-HealthCenter on
RADAR.

Ms. Shell cannot print and is told that hse needs 
to have the "enable printing box" unchecked by an 
administrator.
