****This is an email****
Hello,

This is Richard from UCS. I'm e-mailing you to let
you know that we where able to track down most of
the software you requested to have on the Windows
side of your iMac. There are only two programs
that we have run into problems with.

The first program is Sony's Soundforge Audio
Studio 7. We have the physical media for this
program but there is no serial number packaged
with it. Looking in the notes for older tasks it
seems that this was also a problem when your Dell
was set up. If you have any information about how
that was resolved then that might help us track
down the serial number.

The other program that we had a problem with was
Adobe Acrobat Pro. We could not find any
information about you having a license for any
version of this software. You can always access
this software from the Terminal Servers and I
would be more than happy to walk you through
connecting to the Terminal Servers. If you want a
personal copy of this software you will need to
purchase a new license.

With the exceptions of these two pieces of
software your computer is running smoothly and is
ready to be returned. We can either set this up
for you now and you can begin using it, in which
case we will work with you on getting the two
software issues resolved at your convenience, or
we can keep the computer here in the tech area
until we come to a resolution for the software issues.

Please let me know how you would like us to
proceed or if you have any questions or concerns
about this. You can contact me via e-mail at
rkavanagh08@wou.edu or you can call the help desk
at extension 88925 and reference your service
request number 29742 to leave a message.

Thank you for your time,

XP is installed on her machine. I need to contact
her about additional software. I think she has
most of the media because it's TRI.

I just called Roxanna to let her know that TRI
will need to buy a copy of windows in order to get
it put on her Mac. She is going to talk to someone
on her end and get back to us.

She has a temporary Ethernet cable. Telecom is
taking her a new one.

Her keyboard is dead so I brought her another ergo
keyboard from storage. It works great.

I'm in the process of installing XP via BootCamp
on her mac.

Take PC back over to her, it apparently works just
fine.

Take a new ethernet cord over (14 ft), and also
bind her iMac to the domain and set it up for her,
and make arrangements to bootcamp it for her.
