does not have another machine that he could use 
at this time.

when he calles up the network drives, it says 
they are dissconnected.  

when he tries to email out of WOU he gets a 
connection broken message and a 421 smpt 
connection went away. 

started happening yesterday morning.
available hours today untill 11:30am 
on friday in all day.
