Once I opened and closed the drive door manually a
few times, it began to behave.  The drive door on
the case is a little old and cantankerous.

The computer is the instructor's station in ITC 
104.  He could not get the tray to open properly, 
thereby making putting a CD in impossible.  He 
didn't have the WOU# because he came in and told 
us in person.
