Ran a hard drive diagnostic and repaired the
errors, then reimaged the system.  Tested it
successfully and returned it to the library.

Lori called on this as well it is still in situ  
it is in the same area where they are already 
missing a machine so they are very anxious to get 
these replaced.  It is a high demand area.
