Karen,

What causes this issue is improperly shutting down
a computer while that file is still open. What you
can do is copy and paste the file with a new file
name and delete the original.

Let me know if this works. If not, I will send a
tech out to take a look at it.

Tried to access an Excel file on her H drive and 
it says its 'locked for editing'.  She also 
checked in Terminal server and she cannot find an 
open copy.
