The machine wouldn't let Nancy login with the
TR41046VINELAND.mash.wou.edu name, so we retrieved
the IP and Nancy can login fine via that. I
explained to her about how the IP can change and
she knows how to check it (www.whatsmyip.com).

Thank you!!! 
I am still sick, but I think I will come in
tomorrow and get the paperwork I need.  I can
"remote" from home, get the work done and not
infect anyone.  Appreciate all you do to keep us
connected!

Hi Nancy,

I setup the computer in 205 to accept you as an
administrator. The Vineland software requires
administrative privileges on the computer, which
is why you were unable to use it previously. UCS
does not have a copy of that software, therefore
we cannot install it on your computer. However,
since you are now an administrator on the computer
in 205 you can remote into it. The attached
document should instruct you on how to connect
remotely to the cmputer. This will allow you to
access the program without leaving your desk!

If you experience further problems or need any
assistance with remote desktoping let me know.

I updated the default profile further, renamed
Nancy's old one, and made Nancy an admin. I also
left her info on how to remote into the machine so
that she can do that from her own machine. I could
not fine material on the installs$ drive for the
Vineland software.

Kevin and I talked about this task. Nancy needs
either admin access and the ability to remote into
this machine or the software installed on her machine.

She doesn't really need the computer but she 
needs access the program for class immediately. 
She has meeting tomorrow but if someone contacts 
her she can arrange a meeting if her presence is 
needed.

Access to a program called "Vineland" was needed.
 I put a shortcut into the All Users/Desktop.  The
computer is so rarely used there are updates
galore to install.

She called in before about the program on the 
former employees computer, but now that he is 
gone she needs to be able to get access to his 
desktop to get the program  the former employee
