I went by and updated Sophos, Adobe Reader, Flash,
and Java. I was able to print with his AIO, scan
with the AIO, and print to a local TCP/IP printer
to SS-SocialScience.

His computer wasnt completely hooked up, so he 
can not print. He wont be on campus again until 
next tuesday, but the secretary can let you into 
his office.
