Was gone earlier and the front desk couldn't let
me in.  Would probably recommend either PowerDVD
or perhaps K-Lite Codec Pack if all else fails.

Window Media says that it neds a compatible dvd 
decoder installed. It just seems to be a software 
problem, she cant play dvds.
