I went and looked at the printer and it seems to
be printing fine.  It'll just have to be babied
along until it is replaced.

I've cleared multiple paper jams out of the feeder
and the motor.  I'm thinking it's about ready to
give up the ghost.  Passing this to Adam W.

This printer is doing the same thing as last 
week.  They asked me to reopen the task

Cleared a massive paper jam in the main motor. 
Started printing fine afterwards.  Also printed a
configuration page.

Says Lori has turned it off and back on again and 
gives the message paper jam in tray 2. They 
checked but there is no paper in the printer.

gives a printer jam message but they both checked 
and there is no jam.
