****This is an email****Hi Martha,

I understand you wanted to know how to save emails
in Outlook. Emails are not automatically deleted
unless you have enabled the option to do that (it
is disabled by default). Therefore, they are
saved. Only a technician should have setup Outlook
for you, otherwise complications could come up due
to improper setup in the future. Please let me
know if you have further issues or questions.
