The computer had been basically gutted by a virus.
 After confirming that she had all of her files on
the H:\drive, I went and reformated the whole
thing, then reimaged it.  Delivered it back to
her, and it checked out fine.  Scanned her
H:\drive and made sure it was virus free.

The department chair just called on this.  He 
really wants this fixed for her as she is unable 
to do tasks she needs to do to teach.  She does 
not need to be in the office.  Niki is out (had a 
heart attack)  but check with Mike LeMaster to 
let you in.  If he is unavailable, Mike said any 
professor in the area has a key to her office. 
With Niki out there is no coverage in the office 
so you will have to track down a prof to let you 
in. 

She called today wondering where her computer 
was. She says she waited yesterday for someone to 
come by and drop it off but no one came.

She called back and said that she is in her 
office for the rest of the afternoon

She said that here computer has been hit with a 
virus. like all of the browsers like mozilla will 
not open . but explore pops upo but then says 
there is an error.  and the SOPHOS popped up with 
3 warnings and the acrobe bat reader too. 
thats why she thinks that it is a virus.
