So Jaime called back this morning.  He says a 
tech told him yesterday the the printer had been 
made part of the boot process and was preventing 
him from starting his computer.  When he turns 
off the printer he can start his computer.  This 
is not a real fix for him.  He is hoping someone 
is coming back over to fix his machine and 
printer for good.

When hs turns on the computer he only get to the 
screen that is black and says dell. he has also 
tried shutting down and restarting too but stil 
does the same thing.
