Hi Maggie,
 
We received a note that you might be needing a 
network connection in your office, WUC 203D.  We 
also believe there are no available jacks in the 
area so we would need to pull wire and install a 
new jack for you.  The cost would be 
approximately $200-$300 for the one time cost and 
a $12 per month charge.  If you would like to 
proceed, we just need an email to myself with the 
index we should use for billing.

If you have any questions, just let me know.

Will do a telecom work order if and when they 
provide billing info.

There is currently no internet cable/drop to her
desk, and all the ports and walljacks in the
office are currently in use.  It's a older Dell
Desktop model.  I'll look into seeing what other
options she might have available.

Would be helpful in the future to get her contact
information so we can find out of it's a localized
or hardware issue.  Will go over and investigate.

Checked cable, it works. restarted computer 
multiple times, still the internet does not 
working. Desktop computer in 203D WUC.
