Peter,

Thunderbird is a much better option for use than
Mac Mail with our mail system.

Anyways, our mail system settings are:

incoming mail server: sundown.wou.edu
outgoing mail server: smtp.wou.edu

With Thunderbird, I actually have a tutorial with
images I can print to PDF and send you.
