If Public Safety feels the setup is unsafe then
they are the ones to contact about what should be
done Technicians are not knowledgeable about the
fire codes or safety regulations. We expect users
to know them or consult Physical Plant.

Audrey,

I needed someone to look at the computer setup to
tell me if there is a problem.  I have no idea
what the problem is,  but Public Safety wrote up
the setup.

If you need an extension cable your department is
responsible for purchasing that. If you need to
purchase a monitor cable extension contact Tricia
Flaherty (flahert@wou.edu). Otherwise we can
assist you in relocating your computer closer to
the available power source.

I talked to her and she doesn't seem to understand
what the problem is, from what i understood it
sounds like an extension card problem of some sort.

hazard. 

wants to know if there is any other way to set up 
the cables on the computer.
