I tried to deliver the computer but the port on
the video card was mangled I replaced the card,
installed the drivers, and delivered the computer.

We have no contact information for this user. The
problem was explorer.exe didn't run properly. A
restart will resolve the problem usually.

loading extremely slow, then when he opened 
several programs he could use them but they 
weren't appearing in the task pane, so he thought 
there was something wrong so he restarted his 
comp. and then the task pane and start options 
where completely unaccessible
