In addition to my previous Outlook problem, 
deleted messages went to my Trash folder until 
about 9:30 a.m.yesterday(Tuesday)  and now they 
are going to a Deleted Items folder which I don't 
remember seeing before. I don't know why this is 
happening.

Richard has asked the Unix person to recover my 
archived Inbox files. They are "Inbox 7-1-2006 to 
6-30-2007" and "Inbox 7-1-2007 to 6-30-2008". 
This is NOT a high priority but I would like them 
when possible.

Hmmmm. I am confused. I have set up Outlook so 
that I am getting emails here now. My sent emails 
went to "Sent Items" until June 2006 which is 
when I left HR. Then my sent emails started going 
to "Sent" which is where they were going until my 
most recent computer problems. Now they are going 
to "Sent Items" again. This morning when I 
accessed my email briefly using the online 
access, the emails that I sent show up in 
the "Sent" folder. Arghhh. I can't have my sent 
emails going to two different folders.
 
Help, please.

She said she last accessed those e-mails about a
month ago but she remembers seeing them as little
as one weak ago. A restore of these e-mails from
an older sate would be fine because they are
archived e-mails.

I've copied over her user profile, got sophos
updated and running, and got her e-mail connected
to outlook. 

She is missing 2 folders from her e-mail. They are
both folders of old e-mails and she would like
them restored if possible. The folders would be
named "inbox date-date" where the date ranges are
the dates from the original e-mails.

We re-imaged her computer to recover from some
malware. Before we did we made a copy of her user
files. we need to move these back onto her
computer. She is also having some trouble with
Sohpos not functioning properly.
