It is not a virus.

Its a thin client, and the terminal servers are
not compromised.

She will not be on campus and if the door is 
locked just get key a from the front desk. Her 
computer locked up. She believes it to be a virus 
so she unplugged it from the network and will be 
waiting for further details.
