called saying that it took 20 to 30 minutes, but 
her computer is up and running. 

says she would still like someone to take a look 
at this.

appears to be the same problem, they are both 
dell pc's. 

she did not write down the WOU# for the computer 
in NS 105

icons on her desktop.
