Brian set up a script to update computers. If the
computer is very behind on updates it can easily
take 20+ minutes to update. 

I called Peggy and let her know. She said that if
it is still taking a long time to log in by Friday
she'll let us know.

called and said her computer is up and running, 
but took about 20 min to start up. 

she would still like someone to take a look at 
this.

says she has tried rebooting and nothing, says 
she is able to log in but it shows the windows 
applying settings and then it does not go on from 
there.

she does not have another computer to work on at 
this time, it is her work computer.
