I sent this email yesterday afternoon and wanted 
to make sure this task has been reopened and 
someone will be over right away to fix this. The 
Programming Assistants have now been without a 
working computer for a month and a half. they are 
going all over the building finding a computer to 
use. This really needs to be fixed this morning.

Our Programmings Assistants are unable to get 
into their thin client. It says login not 
correct when they press OK it says kiosk error, 
error, kiosk setup failed, invalid kiosk session 
configuration. The thin client number is 2004 
0359
 
They have been without a working computer in 
their office for weeks and have contacted you. I 
am thinking you are probably trying to get a 
hold of them but they probably haven't told you 
their hours. They are all over the place and 
very hard to get a hold of. So....if you will 
contact me when you can work on this I will let 
you into their office.
