it was installing updates. I called and let him know.

When he logs into the computer in his office he 
is able to log in and everything, but then it 
gets stuck on the Running start upo scripts.

He has rebooted 3 times and now it has been 10 
minutes and nothing has happend.  the computer 
started to work after about 10 to 15 minutes.
