20071256[Edit Inv] problem with program association
with .pdf files:

As I explained yesterday on the phone to Joan
Guralnick, my .pdf files seem to want to
association with Adobe Acrobat Reader version 6.0
which is the version used by my old version of
Adobe Acrobat Pro that I have on my computer (I
use if for saving files as .pdf files). PDF files
need to associate with Adobe Acrobat reader 9.0
and they don't. Joan said it was a software issue
and needed to be dealt with by Sue Payton or
Scott Carter. I called Sue and she was surprised
that I was asking her the question. She googled
the question and got info on how to go to My
Computer, Tools, Folder Options, File Types. I
had already done that before calling the help
desk and as Sue and I discovered together it says
that the program associated with .pdf files is
Adobe Reader 9.0.

I ran out of time and interest last night before
I went home (I never really did have the time but
I had no choice) so I would like this problem to
be assigned to a tech to fix.

Thank you.
