All of these computers have been switched over to
the new print system for the macs.  I have not
seen them print weird since then.

said cell phone is good to call. says it is 
making her look bad as a professor. seems really 
upset says she really wants to talk face to face 
to the person in charge because she says that 
they always go over and say it is fixed but then 
same thing keeps happening.

called and said she would like to set up a 
meeting with the person that is in charge of this 
request.

She is getting irritated and needs this printer 
fixed.

she said even if someone cannot meet with her 
today then just give her a call and let her know 
what to do, so she can cancel class untill it can 
be fixed.....

just as a warning for who ever calls her. she is 
really irritated and might be upset when you call 
her. her cell phone is on her at all times.

Julie Perini would like to set up a meeting to go 
over the problems with the printer (as it seems 
to be continual problem). 

She is here MW and has class from 2pm in the 
afternoon on. 1pm would be best for her either of 
those days, or maybe a bit earlier.

All of the ques on the printers in this room are
clear.  The printer was just clearing its que.

 Hello,

This is urgent.  This matter is holding up my 
class.  I do not have the Service Request Number 
but I have called two times about this matter in 
the past two weeks.

In ITC 104A (the room in the back left of ITC 
104), there are two photo printers used by 
students in the Art Department's Basic Digital 
Photography course.  The printer # 20040349[Edit Inv] has 
not worked at all this term and we need it for 
use in the class.

I'd appreciate any and all information or 
assistance you can provide.

She called again and this is stopping her class
completley they rely on this printer for all class
work. This problem needs to be fixed ASAP.

The printer was all locked up and I cleared the
que.  That is why it was spitting out sheets.  I
forgot to clear the que before I unjammed it.

This printer is in ITC 104A and needs to be taken 
care of soon.  The class needs to be printed on 
for course work.

CH 203.
