The department head of Advancement (the department
with the I: drive that is needed) needs to e-mail
Brad@wou.edu with a list of authorized users and
their user names.

We are just waiting for the e-mail to finish this
task.

Took a look at the computer and the software needs
read/write permissions in order to operate
correctly. After giving read/write permissions to
only the program folder the program was able to
load up to the point where it also needed
privileged access to the I: drive.

Hello Stanley,
The issue has not been resolved. I have left 
messages regarding our availability. The museum 
is open Wednesday - Saturday from 10am to 4pm. 
 
The issue:
Our students need to be able to access Past 
Perfect. Currently they cannot do that unless I 
am logged onto the computer.

Stanley,  I have a question.  I'm looking to see 
if these people are just ignoring us at this 
point.  When you leave a vm note like this does 
it mean you have given them a 5 day warning?  If 
not I'll have the Lab attendants give these 
types of calls another ring.  IF you have given 
themthe 5 day arning then we can close this task
