Dr. Gibbons expects to be finished with his old
machine (Dell) in about two weeks.  I'll contact
him at that time to arrange to take his old CPU. 
I gave him a USB keyboard, mouse, extra DVI and
USB cable to use with his Mac laptop.

I brought him up to speed.  I told him he can ask
for me if he needed further help with it.  I also
told him to move anything from the C: drive to the
H: drive asap since the PC will go away soon.  He
may need a little assistance with attaching the
monitor to his Macbook.  He has the adapters in
his office. (They came w/the Macbook.)

brief orientation.  I am requesting that Kevin

thorough instructions on how to access network
drives and hook him up for printing to his
