She figured it out. it's not under options, it's
under accounts.

She called back and said that Richard told her 
to "right click on the envelope" and she clicked 
on options and now she does not know what to do 
after that.
she said that someone can just call her over the 
phone and tell her what to do instead of going to 
her office.

to let us know.

This is probably the imap notify program. It
alerts them when they receive new e-mails. If she
has recently changed her password she will need to
update this program by right clicking the icon,
selecting options, and changing her password.

not workling. It has a red circle with a slash
