I submitted a similar ticket over a week ago, but
it doesn't show up in the ticket list anymore.  I
had raised the priority because it was a growing
problem.  At one point, nearly half the computers
in the APSC lab could not print.

Students aren't able to find APSC printer, but 
they are able to print from another computer. We 
tried to manually add the printer via \\radar, 
but did not have permission.  The WOU #'s are: 
20050069(J1, row 3, left side), 20050052(J2, row 
3, left side), 20050054(C4, row 3, right side).
