the document is on the I: drive for the 
library.  "community users login08-
09.xls" "learning seminar w 09.xls" are the 
filenames.  The power flickered and the file was 
locked and "Read-only".  She tried logging out 
and in, restarting, and waiting (like she does 
when using a terminal server.)  I told her to 
save as... for the temprorary fix since these 
files are essential to daily functioning of the 
library.
