here is a copy of original brief description:
 The fan on her machine is making weird noises 
and it sounds like its trying to take off into 
flight.

THeir is a pending purchase request #4084

Priority changed from (3) Priority to (1) Highest Priority.

She called today 3-9-09 and needs called back so 
it can be resolved.

She is just wondering what you are doing for the 
computer. like if she needs to put any purchase 
order in or not.

Called, sounds are only intermittent. Today the
machine has been fine. Possible solution is to
replace the fans. System needs minimal down time. 

The fan is extra loud and blows a lot of hot air.
 Tried changing the BIOS settings to make it
quieter, but to no avail.  Also, the attatched
monitor (wou# 20040571) has a severe case of
screen burn in damage, to the point where it is
hard to see other programs.  I recommended that
the system be replaced, but was told that it would
require a 1 for 1 swap, as it is the front desk
computer.  Was told to discuss it with Trischa
tomorrow.  Was also given the number for Trischa
Guy (88844) to tell what the decision would be.

Really loud ackward noises and she needs help 
soon thank you.
