called and said the problem went away and now it 
is back. same problem is happening

says when she gets into the program and tries to 
get into the inventory program she cannot access 
the inventory part of it. It says the file is in 
use by her. 

says she has rebooted her machine and it still is 
telling her in use by another user which is her.
