I walked her through "map network drives" and had 
her click on h: drive then had her type 
\\cougar\mydocuments in the folder white little 
window. 

it gave her an error message, she said that her h 
drive is showing up as elixir instead of cougar. 
I had her type in \\elixir\mydocuments but did 
not connect her. 

she is using a dell computer not a mac.
