I installed Adobe 8.1.2 from the T:\Adobe
Acrobat\Adobe Reader 8 and it all works fine now.

If he opens the program itself he gets a blank
screen. If he opens a .pdf it does not open.

This information is extremely vague. It would be
helpful to know the following:
1. Which Adobe program? (There are more than 5
different ones.)
2. How does he access the Adobe software?
(Terminal Server? If so: which Terminal Server?)
3. What is "it" referring to? The Adobe program
itself or the specific item he is attempting to
open within the Adobe program?

Another problem is that this task was accompanies
by a Skype reading: "UCS Service Request Desk

30585 needa help asap. he needs the adobe problem
solved for his class at ten" but it is only
priority (3) and does not list where the classroom
is he will be in at 10, which could be very helpful.
