****This is an email****
Hi Mark,

I set your email to not auto send/receive except
once every 30 minutes, because it may have been
causing the issue. I also disabled part of the
Spybot Resident protection because it was likely
causing conflicts as well. I believe I've reduced
the likelihood of the error occurring, and I do
know that you can just close and then relaunch
Outlook instead of entirely restarting the
computer in order to work around the issue. Adam
Wehner attempted to resolve this issue for another
staff member, but has been unable to fully fix the
problem.

I hope that your Outlook experience is at least
better than it was. If you have any other issues
please contact the Service Request Desk at
extension 88925.

Thank you,

I increased the auto-receive to 30minutes and
installed the newest connector. The issue did
happen while Syncing folders, but closing and
reopening Outlook resolved the issue.

Adam W. said he had this issue with Kimber
Townsend, but there was no resolution. He said
they tried the java connector with no results.

I suggested installing the latest Java Connector
we have, and he said that'd be fine. He asked me
to come back at about 1:20, however, so he can do
some work.

Sometimes when he is using Outlook to attach
files, attach other emails to emails he's
currently composing, or looking through folders it
will stop functioning and say that his .pst file
in his local My Documents\Application Data\...
folder is in use by another program and may need
to be closed.

He used his Palm to wirelessly sync with Notify
Link, but not directly with Outlook.
