Hello,

This is Richard from UCS. I'm e-mailing you to ask
if you're still having issues with the media
software on the smart classroom computer in OPE 107.

I see from our notes that a technician went over
and cleared out some malicious software from that
computer and double checked that it had the
standard media software on February 24 but no one
contacted you about this. I just wanted to be sure
that you have not had any more issues with this
system before the task gets closed.

Please contact us about this either by calling us
at extension 88925 or by e-mailing me directly at
rkavanagh08@wou.edu. Either way you contact us
please referance your service request number 30590.

If we do not hear from you by next Friday,
3-20-09, we will consider this issue resolved and
close the task.

This room is open at 4 tonight. I'll go take a
look at it then.

Priority changed from (3) Priority to (2) High Priority.

Someone just needs to connect to it or visit it to
verify.

This computer was just installed in the room and 
they need media players installed for class use. 
He mentioned flashplayer, realplayer and windows 
media that need to work on the computer.
