repeated process for all computers in the Student
Health ad Counceling building, "HC".

There were also problems generating reports and
printing them off from Nuesoft. It requires the
latest Adobe Reader to function. Also required
service pack 3 to fix the errors they were
receiving. Run32.dll file error came up several
times. The Nuesoft technical support suggested
removing Java 6, however, everything worked after
I installed service pack 3.

Went down to building and discovered that all
machines in this building were having the same
problem. Nuesoft is an online client that does not
actually need to be run from the machine. Created
and renamed internet explorer shortcuts to the
login screen online.

Talked to Adam Wehrner about possible workarounds,
will research it further.

I checked on it, everything seems to be installed
the right way, but it halts as soon as it tries to
launch the process.  She found a way to launch it
through Firefox, so she has a current work around.
 Here are the program details:

says when she clicks on the icon it shows an hour 
glass then it stops, it will not open. 

she has tried right clicking on the icon and 
opening it that way but still does not open.
