It started last week when she updated all her 
programs on her computer they wont work now.
she cant remember which ones she updated.
but she knows for sure that Jing wont work and 
also second life. they are both free downloads 
online, and when she updated them now they will 
not work.

She is gone for the rest of the week at a 
conference but will be back next monday but 
anyone can come work on the computer while she is 
gone.
