Installed K-Lite Codec Pack, as her previous DVD
codec expired.  Also updated her soundcard
drivers, as they were making odd noises.  The
update fixed it.  Tested it all successfully on
her DVD.

She needs this fixed by thursday afternoon.  If 
she isn't in her office the machine will be next 
door TH 204 in Nancy Ganz's office.  She will 
leave a dvd she needs to play with the machine.  
She has tried other dvds and they don't work 
either.
