The system keeps coming up with windows installer
service errors, as well as encryption-based
errors.  It takes six minutes to log into the
thing, but once it, it's reasonably fast. 
However, I was unable to access the internet at
all.  Tried running regular diagnostic programs,
but I couldn't get into most programs.  Was able
to run CCleaner, but that was it.  Contacted
Nathan with recommendations to have it brought
into the shop.

Also, had a report that it asks for administrator
password to use a USB drive.  On more than one
occasion.
