It doesn't look like we can cannibalize another or
replace it out of our spare stock over here, as we
don't have anything working available.

Took it back to the shop and opened it up.  Lots
of charred. red plastic chunks.  Suspect blown
capacitor in power supply, but I tried swapping it
through a few different PSUs, but to no avail. 
Blown PSU probably took the motherboard with it. 
Will talk to Tricia about replacement options.

Machine will not turn on, even after reconnecting
the power cable.
