Filemaker is often accessed remotely because
departments don't like buying licenses for it; so
no we cannot likely install it locally for her. We
can resolve the rundll32 error by installing SP3,
however.

THe application failed to termiate.
RUNDLL 32
She uses Filemaker from remote access and because 
of this error is unable to use it. She is also 
wondering if it is possible to be put on her 
computer where she works.
