seems a little upset that this has not been done, 
says he has had the work order for more than 2 
and a half weeks.

She called back today and she cannot work. 
because the keyboard will not work.

she really needs this done this is  like the 5th 
time she said she called in and noone has come 
over and it is keeping her from doing her work.

She is available till 5pm today 
and she will be here tomorrow at 9am tomorrow but 
1 to 3pm she will not be there.

She is very upset jsut as a warning, because it 
is taking a long time because it is on highest 
priority.

Priority changed from (3) Priority to (1) Highest Priority.

Called and left VM asking her to contact us with
availability times.

called and said her available hours are:
she is leaving town tomorrow. 

today from 9am to noon and 1pm to 4pm. she is 
available.

she is trying to upload a reference form onto the 
boston university to submit it for a student. 

clicks on the browse, locates the file, clicks on 
the add button then it asks to upload the file so 
she does.

It says her document is being uploaded but she 
cannot proove it, she cannot view that it 
uploaded.

3pm to 4pm today.

it is a mac computer she is using, seems to not 
know much about the computer.
