Computer is non-responsive at all. Cannot even 
get passed the cnrtl+alt+del screen.  Needs taken 
care of as sson as possible.

Did another restart, he still doesn't have the 
email and now he doesn't have network drives or 
internet. 
The computer is in room TO 242. John Killoran 
user. Nancy Ganson is helping him because he is 
very busy. She has access to his office.

She will be here from 1 to 5 today and from 8 
until 5 tomorrow with a lunch break between 12 
and 1pm.

When he logs in his computer prompts him to 
operate in safe mode, he thinks this is why he 
has been unable to receive certain emails, and he 
has be waiting for particular messages
