Hi ho Joan,
So....our offices (Keller's and mine) here in 
APS have no printer connections that will 
cooperate.  I've had a call into the office at 
88925 but so far no help.  I can't even print to 
the one that's in my office, let alone over to 
the music office.  I have to email things to 
people and then have them print it out.  Do you 
have any idea what's happened?  
Help!
Lonnie wrote that you gave Bill your notice.  
Holy cow, what are we gonna do??

Is unable to print from her computer. It shows 
the printers and allows her to send the jobs but 
it will not print. She tried multiple printers. 
The job just stays in the queue.
Her office can be accessed all day, the office 
assistant can give access.
