His NIC wasn't connecting. It said "Media
Disconnected" when you did an ipconfig. So I
uninstalled it then rescanned for hardware changes
in the device manager and it worked after that. I
ran gpupdate /force just in case. He also asked me
about remoting in. I demoed how to do that for
him, which he seemed comfortable with.

I went down to HSS 107 and there was no one there.

times we could take a look at this.

He called from his class room and said that he 
was able to access his file from that computer, 
the one in the class room.

Can not access his My Documents folder and has 
tried opening it through multiple paths. The 
Cougar Drive is unavailable to him. He is 
teaching a class at 8 this morning and can not 
teach with the documents within that folder. His 
class in rm HSS 107.
