****This is an email****
Hello,

This is Richard from UCS. I'm e-mailing to check
up on the profile transfer that was performed when
I finished your mac setup. I just wanted to be
sure that all of your files moved over properly
and you hadn't been having any more problems on
this system.

You can contact me by e-mail at
rkavanagh08@wou.edu or you can leave a message for
me by calling the help desk at extension 88925 and
referencing your service request number 30769.

If you haven't gotten back to me by the end of the
week I'll assume that everything is working fine
and will close the task.

Thank you for your time,
Richard Kavanagh

This mac was not set up before it was delivered.
It was using an auto-login account with a
non-standard password. I had to name and bind it,
set up the admin account, and transfer all 44 GB
of data from his old mac over to his new profile.

I went over today to make sure that all the files
transferred properly. It seems that they did but I
didn't want to delete the old files until I had
Mark test it out to be sure it all worked. If
something went wrong the data is all in the trash
on the root profile.

He got a new machine and needs to a few
applications installed on his new machine. He
says that he had Administrative power on his old
machine and would make it a lot simpler to
install the things he needs if he still had those
powers given unto him.
He would like the be handle "Hastily."
