Reimaged it, updated it, and installed all the
latest drivers.  Returned it to her.  She
mentioned that she may need some additional
software, but wasn't sure at the moment.  Will
contact later.

She called again on 3-9-09 at 3:16pm and wants it 
today.  She said if need be, the updates can be 
done at a later time.  She wants to be contact 
today about the situation.  She will be in her 
office today until 5pm.

Microsoft Client for Windows wont install thus
preventing her from accessing network drives and
printers.  She still has internet access and would
like her machine picked up Wednesday afternoon to
be imaged.

She has called back and said she is unable to 
access the my documents folder so she thinks it 
might be a network issue

unable because there weren't any printers 
available to choose from the control panel. She 
said she restarted her laptop and this is the 
first time anything like this has happened
